Thai Pad Kra Pao
Wat heb je nodig
- 300g ground chicken or minced meat (pork, beef, or a combination) i used beef
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 5-6 Thai bird's eye chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 cup holy basil leaves, loosely packed
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 fried eggs (optional, for serving)
- Jasmine rice, cooked, for serving
