  • Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Stir-fry:
  • 100 grams cashew nuts
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 spring onions, cut into 2 cm pieces
  • 2-3 dried red chilies (optional, adjust to taste), broken into pieces
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
